4. AI-Powered Features

4.1 AI Tutor

Board Vibes includes an AI-powered tutoring feature using Google Gemini:

• Provides educational assistance for study questions
• Answers are generated by AI and may contain errors
• NOT a replacement for teachers or official study materials
• Usage may be subject to daily limits
• Accuracy is not guaranteed - always verify with textbooks

4.2 Daily AI Challenge

• Presents 4 random questions daily from your curriculum
• Answer matching is automated and may not be perfect
• XP are for motivation only
• No guarantee of improved exam performance
• May require watching ads to reveal answers

5.1 Textbook Content

All textbooks available in the App are:

• © Punjab Curriculum & Textbook Board (PCTB)
• Provided for educational purposes under fair use
• Downloaded from publicly available official sources
• Not modified or altered from original publications

5.2 MCQ Content

Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) are:

• Created for educational purposes
• Based on PCTB curriculum and textbooks
• Provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy

5.3 App Code and Design

The App's code, design, and original content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the App responsibly and lawfully
• Not misuse or abuse App features
• Not attempt to hack or breach security
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent)

7. Age Requirements

Board Vibes is intended for users aged 13 years and older. Users under 13 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

8. Advertisements

• App displays ads via Google AdMob to keep the app free
• Some features (like Daily AI Challenge) require watching rewarded ads
• Ads help support AI features and app development
• We do not control ad content (managed by Google)
• You can opt-out of personalized ads in device settings
• We are not responsible for third-party ad content
• Ad requirements may change without notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Board Vibes is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind:

• NO warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• NO guarantee of exam success or improved grades
• NO warranty that content is complete or up-to-date
• NO warranty of AI response accuracy or completeness
• NO guarantee that AI features will always be available
• NO responsibility for device damage or data loss
• NO guarantee of compatibility with all devices

We recommend verifying all information with official PCTB textbooks and consulting teachers for exam preparation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The developer shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This includes loss of data, poor exam performance, or device issues
• Use of the App is at your own risk

11. Internet and Data Charges

You are responsible for:

• Your own internet connection and data charges
• Any costs incurred while downloading content
• Ensuring adequate storage space on your device

12. App Updates

• We may update the App to fix bugs or add features
• Updates are optional but recommended
• We may discontinue features without notice
• We are not obligated to maintain the App indefinitely

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue the App at any time
• Remove the App from app stores
• Terminate your access for violating these terms

You may terminate your use by uninstalling the App.

If you believe any content in the App infringes your copyright, please contact us through the app's feedback section. We will investigate and remove infringing content promptly.

18. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

19. Severability
